TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The renter or lessee must be over 18 years of age and will be responsible for the rented material. Likewise, he/she must be in possession of a National Identity Card or Passport.
2. Payment for the hire of the equipment shall be made in advance in cash, for the total amount of the service and at the time of collection.
3. A deposit of 50 euros per team will be paid, which will be returned upon delivery of the rented material if there is no replacement cost or other additional charge.

5. The data provided by the client will be used exclusively for the correct provision of the contracted service, being able to request, in accordance with the law, access, rectification, cancellation or opposition by communication by any means to the lessor.
6. The hirer declares to be in perfect health and with the necessary conditions for the practice of this sport. He/she must consider our recommendations according to his/her level and the conditions of the beaches.
7. The Paddle Surf material will be collected at the place established by the person in charge of the lessor and will be returned on the date, time and place agreed by the lessor of the material and the person who rents it (lessee). Serious non-compliance with the timetable will result in a surcharge of half a day’s rent (15 euros). Delivery before the end of the contract will not give rise to any type of credit or refund.
8. The hirer is responsible for being adequately insured against risks that may arise during the rental period. The Hirer is not liable for claims for accidents, injuries, knocks, or damage caused to himself or third parties (persons or property) during the rental period.
9. The hirer is obliged to take good care and take all necessary precautions to protect the equipment, e.g., do not leave it upside down in the sun; do not sit on the equipment on the sand/rock, etc.
10. It is forbidden to transfer, sell or exchange the rented Paddle Surf equipment.
11. The lessor may unilaterally terminate the contract before the date of its conclusion in the event of serious non-compliance by the lessee in the use and care of the material. In this case, the lessor may take immediate possession of the material in the place where it is located, without the lessee being entitled to any claim or compensation.
12. The lessee may extend the duration of the present contract by notifying the lessor through the afore mentioned channels, before the date to be determined. In this case, if the lessor so requires, a new contract must be formalised.
13. The lessee expressly undertakes to pay the lessor the charges that correspond to the prices of the current rates specified in this contract for the time the material is available, including the legally applicable taxes, as well as the replacement costs or any other addition mentioned above.
14. The lessee will be responsible for all legal expenses derived from the non-fulfilment by the lessee of the obligations established in this contract.
15. The surfing equipment will be returned in the same conditions of delivery, otherwise, the hirer must inform of the damage caused. 16. The following replacement costs imposed by the lessor and accepted in this contract by the lessee are established.

– BOARDING:
Major damage or breakage, loss or theft will entail a payment of 300 euros for any type of board.
Partial damages, such as holes, knocks, etc. Will have a valuation according to damage (10 – 150 €).
– INVENTIONS:
Loss or theft will involve the payment of 15 euros.
Breakage of invention/mooring or minor damage. They will not involve extra credit as it is assumed to be a consequence of the usual use of the material.
– KEYS:
Breakage, slight damage or loss of fins, assessed according to damage (€5 – €30). In most cases, the credit will correspond to the replacement of the fins.
– INFLATOR:
Major breakage or damage, loss, or theft, will involve a payment of (30 € – 60 €).
-ROWING:
Major breakage or damage, loss or theft will involve a payment of (30-60 €).
-TRANSPORT BAG:
Major breakage or damage, loss or theft will involve a payment of (20 €-30 €).

16. The customer declares to have read and accepted the above conditions.
17. The place of jurisdiction of the present contract is Spain.
